All of my Xbox 360 accounts and game data is gone.

I turned on my xbox, and all of my profiles and game data were gone. All it did was ask for an update.

The update failed with this status code: 4476 0000 3080 0505 8007 0570

Please help.

Xbox live profile erased?

Recently I lost 30 gigabytes of data on my USB because everything corrupted. I am trying to recover my Xbox Live account on my Xbox 360. I entered the correct email and password but it's set me up with a new Xbox Live account. My origional gamer tage was
DovahkinnKing7 but now i have UnweptBinkie863. All of my achievements and game data are gone. I was wondering if there was a way to recover my old Xbox Live account, even though the email associated with it is being used on the new Xbox Live account I got
set up with. I don't want to have to waste $60 for my membership because my account is gone. Do i have to somehow switch emails? Or is that 700+hours of gaming data all gone? I also checked all storages on my system and theres nothing as it was all on my USB,
I know it was stupid not to back it up. I posted this on other fourms but got directed to here. Thanks for any help.

 

lost game data

Xbox 360 updated and erased the entire xbox data. I downloaded my profile again and some of my game data was gone

Any ideas on what to do? Or is it lost forever??? Please help!!

My name is with Xbox Ambassadors. Your issue could be the cause of several things. One reason could be a hard drive failure. Another issue could be that Microsoft/Xbox no longer supports the Xbox 360 and therefore it does not receive updates correctly
and therefore it could cause issues with the system itself. Some updates are required in order for you to play games.

According to the first number, your console is already on the latest version, and the second number (all zeroes) indicates that the console is looking for an update that doesn't exist.

That usually happens, when the storage drive, that the console uses to store parts of the system software became corrupted.

If you have a 4GB model with built in Flash memory, you're out of luck and
have to send in the console for repairs.

If you have a hard drive in the console, you might try to remove the hard drive, and attach an USB drive to the console, and format that as a storage device in the storage settings.

However, unless you stored your savegames in the cloud storage, your game progress is gone, and you can only recover your Gamertag account by downloading it on a new drive.
