All of my weapons/blueprints and level progress were deleted

Xbox Live was down today and when it came back up I ran Dying Light and found that all my weapons/blueprints were gone and I was level 1 in every category. My story progress remains intact and I still have all my quests. There's no way for me to recover
this on my own so did I just lose all my progress due to XBL?

whatever you do DON"T do the reset option. It takes away all your collectibles, blueprints, statues, and level progress

 

Character progression lost

I too have lost all my character progress after installing the 5GB update. The oddest thing is that my saved game position in Chapter ZERO (I was on my second play thru) still loaded in the same location with the same items in my inventory. But I have zero
blueprints and am level ZERO. I still had my late game combo weapons on my character and on the NPC who was with me at the time of the save. I am very unhappy that my game progress was reset.

 

There is already a thread on this. And no, its not because of XBL. (Mine disappeared after installing Be the Zombie)

 

i installed be the zombie first before i started playing game. so am i good?

ok so I wont be installing be the zombie then......

 

I've had be the zombie installed from the beginning and so far my stats are fine.

I always go into the game options and quit to main menu before I finish playing as this forces the game to save. I don't know if this is the reason I haven't lost the stats yet though.
