All of my Ready to Install games aren't popping up on my Xbox Series S

I have my OG Xbox one and I just got a new Xbox Series S. I was wanting to download some old games from the Xbox 360 days or just some old CODs. When I go into my owned games on my XBOX ONE, they are there and ready to download and play. But, once I try to download it to my XBOX SERIES S, it doesnt show. I go into the store to see if I could download it that way, but its saying that I dont own the game. Example, I remember I brought COD: Black Ops when it went on sale for Xbox One. I'm able to play it now. But, I go to my Series S, it doesnt pop up for me to download it and it doesnt say that I own it in the store. I'm also on the same account that I've been using for a food 10+ years and its guaranteed that I've purchased these games myself.

What am I suppose to do to fix this problem?

This means you aren't using the account that purchased those games, that's why they don't appear on the Series S, you can confirm this by looking in this link your orders history

I'm guessing you are talking about disks

No disk don't show up as ready to install as they aren't digital

You pop in the disk and install while connected to the live

That being said you cannot install disk games onto the series s

You need the disk version of the series x

I installed them on my old xbox one and transferred them to the external hard drive so I know they are on the hard drive

All my installed games appear correctly as installed on my Xbox one if I connect the hard drive to it. But when I connect the hard drive to my Series S, most of the installed games appear but about 9 of them do not. The missing games appear as ready to install on my Series S

I’m having the same issue, bought it yesterday evening (Nov. 16th) for my kids on their account for their Xbox Series S, achievements pop up on screen but I get the same “achievements not supported error” when trying to view, and can’t even view the game on my Xbox Phone companion app.

I tried installing it fresh on my Xbox Series X, same issue. I tried uninstalling and re-installing on their Series S, same issue.
