I am really annoyed at Microsoft's support, it is horrendous. I have been trying for an hour now to contact a human but all i get is error messages saying try again. Hopefully, someone in the forums can help. I received a single-use code on 3 on my emails containing a microsoft log-in code. On the email it says "If this was not you, don't worry. Somebody probably entered your email by mistake." Well it definitely isnt a mistake if the next email i get says "Microsoft account security deleted" and "Microsoft account security added". Somebody has changed my emails on my microsoft accounts to other emails which obviously i do not have access too. When i submit the forms to regain access to my account, I can not as I do not have access to the emails and if i try to log in with my normal emails it says account not found. Please could somebody advise how to get my accounts back.

Hello Throwaway-95, I'm sorry about what happened to your account, however in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

First of all, yesterday my account has been hacked and my email has been removed. Same goes to my phone number. Now, I lost access to every microsoft products. I already filled in the recovery form many times and still cannot recover it. When I called the microsoft department, there is nothing else they can do other than terminate my ORIGINAL account and I need to re-buy all the microsoft product. I still access the microsoft authenticator but the email is change to the hacked one.

Email hacked and also xbox hacked. Sorry to hear that.

All you can do is recover your email account first (and see what else has been compromised), and then recover the xbox account (and any other accounts that were compromised from the stolen email account).

My Xbox account has been hacked to. I still have access to my account somehow but they changed the email linked the account and deleted my Microsoft account completely. I have no idea how they even got into it in the first place. I can’t get Xbox support or Microsoft support on a call at all because they don’t consider it an issue.

I have already done that and just received and email from them saying my account was permanently banned for violating the Microsoft Service Agreement. It said my account had been used to send out malware or view/distribute child pornography which I absolutely
did not do. The only explanation is that my account was hacked and used without my knowledge. I have had other email accounts and accounts for other services hacked recently and had to deal with this. There has to be a way for me to prove that whatever happened
wasn't me. Otherwise I am losing 11 years worth of purchases and games as well as my email account that I used for everything and that just isn't right.
