all of my gold got canned because of a 1 month trial

so i had 1 year of gold and it was all canned because i wanted the super game pass thinking it would just overlap but no the big brain scientist over at microsoft just toke that entire year of gold away so now im boned and out of 60 bucks. i wanted to
know before i set my xbox on fire if there was a way to get back what was stolen and no im not paying them more money

I don’t think it got canceled. It would be converted into the Game Pass.

If you had gold or gamepass before upgrading to ultimate they will appear as cancelled under your subscriptions but since Ultimate is Gold + Gamepass you still have all the benefits of both services.

The time you had remaining got converted to Ultimate so you lost nothing. No need to worry about that.

Try checking your subscription at http://account.microsoft.com first to see how long it says your subscription is. Most likely, your remaining gold was converted to the Ultimate
Game Pass (since that includes gold). So you didn't actually lose it.

ok it turns out that i had gold on my other account and ultimate on this one so i assume my gold just felt left out grew legs and scrambled? welp im just gonna go ahead redeem some mircosoft points and sing mad world thanks for your help friendos
