All of my friends and I are being threatened to be hacked?

Okay so today I was messaged by a user (who's name I won't say unless I need to) who was threatening me and telling me not to mess with their friends, plus telling me that they know who i am and that they're watching me. None of my friends or i personally
know this person, they were just someone that my friend added years ago. I wasn't too worried about this because all of my friends and I just assumed that this was a kid playing pranks but this user knows both my friend's and my full names and is threatening
to hack us. (None of us have it set to show our full name)

We have all reported this person and have them blocked. Is there anything we can do to ensure that we don't get hacked?

Ugh. Oh well. I'm sick and tired of being worried of getting hacked/being threatened. I wanna stay anonymous as possible, and after seeing hundreds of popular people like Woodysgamertag getting hacked/threatened, I'm kind of worried as well because I want
to make a YouTube channel of my own.

As long as you haven't given them any of your account information, you'll be fine. they can't hack your account.

I was playing GTA V today (8/13/2014), I was having a blast, someone called [Mod removed] was using some exploit in the game, I told him "Hey man, get out of the content creator glitch or I will report you". He told me "I'll hack you", I reported him to
Rockstar and Microsoft for exploiting the game and threatening to hack me. I even told all my friends to report [Mod removed] for threatening to hack me. Microsoft if you read this, is it possible for a suspension for threatening hacking xbox accountsfor a
few weeks or days, if so, please suspend [Mod removed]. Thanks
