    All of my completed puzzles have been reset. Also getting error message: "Choose another item - This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw". What gives Microsoft? Took me a lot of time to complete those.

  2. Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle Collections.

    I had purchase (with the gold bars) all the jigsaw puzzle collections. Yesterday all my collections have been moved back to available collections to download. I re down load the free ones and it shows the stars that I had completed. It is not showing
    the custom puzzles that I had created either. Has this happen to anyone before and what can I do. I do not want to repurchase the puzzles again. Thanks for your help

    not getting rewards when puzzle is finished. puzzle freezes when last piece played. game resets . reboot shows indicator of last puzzle has been completed. what's goin on?

    Classic Puzzle Statistics Incorrect

    I began playing Microsoft Jigsaw (Classic Jigsaw), since about the middle of September 2014. Sometime in November of 2014, having completed 722 Easy, 722 Medium and 722 Hard puzzles, of the then 49 collections, plus 50 of the expert puzzles, a total of
    2216 completed puzzles, I began to have a problem. Some of the puzzles in three categories would not load. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. After I was up and running again, I observed that in the statistics tracking section of the game, my completed
    puzzles dropped from 2216 to 0 (zero) and my score dropped from 352500 to a NEGATIVE 104410, a difference of 456910 points. I noted at this time that all the stars, i.e. green, yellow, orange and red/purple under each puzzle remained lit up, indicating that
    somewhere, the app still knew that I had completed those puzzles.

    I started over doing all of the previously completed puzzles for the second time, but noted that in statistics, the number of completed puzzles started reducing. Example, let's say that on a given Monday I completed 12 puzzles. in the next few days, (Tuesday
    or Wednesday), I discovered that statistics had reduced the number of completed puzzles by anywhere from 1 to all 12 of those completed puzzles. I tried doing the puzzles again, (for the third time), only to find out that they would be removed from statistics
    again. Apparently, there is a limit to the number of times a puzzle can be completed. While this was happening, sometimes the score would also be adjusted downward.

    I realized at this point that it would be impossible for me to complete all puzzles and have statistics report accordingly, so I thought that maybe the problem was fixed and I should uninstall and reinstall the app again. This time, the number of completed
    puzzles dropped from 2448 to 1008 but my score remained the same. Knowing that I could never get statistics to reflect my actual number of completed puzzles, I tried to uninstall the app completely, even removing files that I found associated with Microsoft
    Jigsaw. Upon reinstallation, the statistics, score and lit up stars all remained the same with the statistics in error.

    Currently, I have completed a total of 2534 puzzles, while statistics tracking only reports that I have completed 1081.

    Will not download new puzzle pks.

    I have been purchasing new puzzles for a while even though it deducts 'gold bars' it will not complete the download. It will download the free puzzles .

    Microsoft Jigsaw - I can not access the "Thumb Nail" view nor the "light" background option

    Thanks for replying. No, the game doesn't crash. There is no longer a thumb nail view available and when I go to "change background" in my settings there are only 4 dark colors to choose from and the light tan background is no longer an option.

    In addition, my completed puzzles are gone, but my "earned points" (I have 1,939,255 earned points are still available.. also, if I download a puzzle series I had previously completed, the individual puzzles still show as completed.

    I have 'remov

    ed' and "download" the game twice and the above problems still exist. The only thing I haven't done is to reset my computer to previous of the last Microsoft update.

    No I just close the app and then reopen it.

    If I reinstall the app will I lose all the puzzles I have completed and the ones created from my own photos?

    Jigsaw has stopped working

    my total points stopped updating and as I finished a puzzle, the application would close, forcing me to have to open open Jigsaw again. Once open, I could see the star that showed I completed a puzzle, but no points had been awarded. I could then complete
    each of the other puzzles, one at a time, receiving a completion star but no points, and being forced off the app each time.
