All of a sudden my TV wont recognize that the consule is plugged into it.

I recently acquired the COD xbox one for my kids. It has been working good enough, have had to hard restart it several times, but now the tv isn't recognizing the consul. The tv says its not receiving a signal. Ive tried other hdmi cords and no luck.
Ive tried other ports as well.. not working. Any fixes for this. Is it a common problem? Before you ask Ive tried unplugging everything for several minutes.. no luck . Should I just return this thing?

External Hard Drive issues

I formatted external HD then i plugged into pc transfered all of my movie and audio files but now console wont recognize the files at all it will recognize the drive but it shows nothing in it..

 

My XboxONE will not connect to my TV via HDMI.

My HDMI input does not seem to be responding with my XBOXONE. it was freshly opened from the box. When i first plugged it into my TV it didn't even recognize that anything is plugged in. I then plugged my xbox into another TV, with the same HDMI cable,
and it worked perfectly fine. My concern was that the HDMI input on my TV was faulty. I then plugged my computer into my TV in the same HDMI input that was not responding with my xbox and it works perfectly fine. To sum it up: My tv is not responding when
i plug my xbox into the HDMI, but is responding when i plug my laptop in, also other TV's are responding with my xbox.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I would try it on another TV to be 100% sure its the Xbox, if that's the case you could have just gotten a faulty Xbox.

 

Its weird because its been running fine besides a few reboots.

 

With how electronics are made these days (cheaply) they either work, don't work at all (rare due to quality control), or work for a while before breaking. Like I said test it on another TV if you can.

 

Nope doesn't work on the other tv either

 

My son isn't very happy. But I guess we have to ship it back to Microsoft. There are no other COD packages to exchange at Game Stop.

 

Probably your only option if you want the CoD Xbox.

 

I am having same issue and I have tried several hdmi cords this is a brand new xbox that I got on Christmas and was not even able to use it until the 27th because of the network crash, and since I registered it i have only used it a total of 3 hours what
a piece of junk

 

Having same issue as well. System will randomly just stop working. Kids will be playing and then 'poof'- screen goes black and TV displays message 'not supported'. Absolutely frustrated over this as I have no idea what can do about it besides taking the
console back. For whatever reason tho-the following morning the console will turn on fine as though there never was an issue. Then-after no specified amount of time (could be 5 minutes or 2 hours) it will happen again. WTF is all I have to say...
