All MyVIP vault items showing as "out of stock"

I am trying to exchange 2000 Gems for 12 months Xbox live membership, however when I go to the vault to do so everything shows as "out of stock". After speaking with support, I was told this is an error and to make a post here to get further assistance.

I Xbox Rewards making at the Vault items out of stock on purpose so we can't redeem our MyVip Gems? It's pretty ridiculous.

We hear your feedback about Out of Stock or unavailable items in the MyVIP Vault. We are doing a series of MyVIP Vault restock deployments, the first of which already happened in the beginning of May. We'll be restocking with many of the items members have

All you can do is keep an eye out for the vault to be refilled.

 

The store vault is always like it, Microsoft support said it was a glitch and told me to contact Rewards tech support so they could minus the gems and award the xbox live credit.

 

Microsoft support doesn't handle the rewards program so they don't have correct information about the program. There is no glitch. They have been restocking the vault the past couple of weeks, but since everyone is trying to use their gems before the program
ends, it sells out quickly.

 

But when it comes to "xbox live credit" etc... how can they possibly sell out, as its a digital product. Its not fair if i cant exchange my gems before the program changes, 2k gems is a lot.

 

Microsoft does not run the Xbox Rewards program. So the program is limited to what they get from Microsoft essentially, even if it is a digital product.

 

I've been trying to get rid of my gems for a few months now and everything is always out of stock. It looks like they only restock the stuff that no one wants. I'm trying to get rid of them before the deadline.
