All my Xbox one achievements are gone

Today I noticed that all my gamer score went done from 24,800 to 16,257... all my achievements that I earned on my Xbox one are gone!

I called Xbox support line and they told me to post here because there isn't anything they can do to help.

Any info would be greatly helpful.

The only other thing you can do is post here
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx and ask the enforcement team if you have been reset.

Your post won't appear straight away & they may pm you with an answer so keep checking your pm's.

I did check and says Congratulations! You have a perfect record... There are no modds at all

 

It shows in the game that I have them but it's not showing up on the account. Again my gamer score was 24,800 and now it's just 16,257. It's all the achievements from when I got my Xbox one 2 years ago to now....

 

The same thing is happening to me. I had 100,000+ gamer score and now I have about 93,000. This happened just about an hour ago to me and I'm not sure why.

 

The usual reason for Gamerscores going backwards is due to your account being found to be cheating at achievements. The "reset" achievements become locked and you are unable to unlock them ever again.

There is really nothing you could do, if this is indeed the case.

 

Well I haven't cheated at all and I checked my enforcement record and there's nothing there, so I don't think that's the cause. I hope it goes back to normal on it's own because I don't know where I'd even begin to fix it. I lost the gamerscore (but not
the achievements somehow) with all sorts of games, and my games list even has Gears of War 2 listed twice (one with no gamerscore, one with). Not sure how exactly this happened, but it started yesterday when I got on my 360 for the first time in a few months.
Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

 

My record is perfect far as that goes.

Update: it's weird, it all went back to normal in stages. But it took 5-6 days for it to go back to normal. I called Xbox support but they couldn't figure it out either.
