For the past 2 weeks, when I selected to play any games on my Xbox One S(whether it be from the console itself or a disc, note, I do not have an external hdd on my console), the "load/game title" screen would come up, then I'm returned to the home screen,
with an error saying the game took too long to load and then gives me an error code 0x8027025a. I tried many of the troubleshoot options.

    1. "Hard Reset" - No Result.

    2. Signing out and then signing in again - No Result.

    3. Hard Reset + Unplug for 1-2 minutes - No Result.

    4. Remove save File - No Result.

    5. Remove then Readd account - works, but have to do this before I start any game, i.e. after doing this, when I start a game, it would start, but when I'm finished, to start back the same game or start a different one, I have to remove the account
    and readd the account.

    6. Reset Console but Keep Games and Apps(both through settings and the method of using the EJECT BUTTON + SEARCH BUTTON + POWER BUTTON on the console) - same result as #5's troubleshoot result.

    7. Tried changing timezones - No Result.

    8. Tried changing location - No Result.

    9. Tried cycling between Energy Save and Instant On power options - No Result.

10 - (not a troubleshoot method) constantly trying to start the game - works like every 1 time out of 40-50 tries at best.

I tried to make contact with xbox reps through live chats, and I explained all that to them. And they had me repeating the same troubleshoot options I did, expecting different results, it was going nowhere. So I just ended the chat. Also, the problem kept
repeating itself with any new Games or Apps I downloaded aswell.

    :)

Game took too long to start

yeah it happens with any game I try to launch. I've had the problem ever since I got the console though and I've tried resetting it like that in the past but it still happens

I have the exact same problem. It only occurs some days but it makes I can't use the xbox at all, besides using it as a door stop.

Xbox one a major bug. My theory is their operating system is broken . The Xbox team are slow to fix it as it is intermittent. It seems to occur after I have been appearing offline but it just still happens if I restart.

And they don't even have the audacity to view and give a feedback. That's what their customer care is good for.

A couple years ago, my Xbox One suddenly began throwing the error code 0x8027025a when attempting to launch any/all of my games and apps. I went through most of the troubleshooting steps you list, and then phone support guided me through the process of
using the Offline System Update/Diagnostic Tool. In the end, that's what successfully eliminated the error for me. Apparently part of the OS on my console had corrupted during a recent update, and so a fresh OS download and install fixed my particular problem.

I might have missed it, but I didn't see the Offline System Update process listed in the steps you've tried thus far and thought it would be worth mentioning.

I'd suggest that you give phone support a call, provide the error code, describe the steps that you've already tried, and then ask for advice specifically about the Offline System Update process. While you can perform the offline
system update process on your own via Xbox support web page directions and download, I do strongly recommend calling support and having them guide you through that process, mostly because it is not mentioned if you are taking part in the Xbox preview/insider
program. Whether you are in the preview/insider program or not, phone support would be able to direct you to the specific OS file that you need.

Best of luck, and please post back with any results.

Lol - I am right. There is noone monitoring this forum and replying to comments. It is unecceptabke for any company to not monitor their forums. Why even have a forum? They should shut it down if they are not going to show any care by replying to people
