All my xbox games can use my internet except for one.

On my Xbox One all of my online multiplayer games (e.g. fortnite, star wars battlefront 2, rocket league) work except for PUBG. I have checked my internet, switched on to a different network, restarted my router, and completed a full power cycle on my
Xbox but it still says it cant connect. This is the only game that does this.

Thanks, but still I've had no luck. Just the same error, and I got disconnected on live microsoft support so I am pretty mad at them. I dont know what to do from here and from the info I have on server downtime is only lasting 2-4 hours at a time and my
problem has lasted for the past month

You should try reinstalling PUBG. Maybe there's a file that manages connection to the internet that's incomplete or corrupt in the game.

Could it possibly be that my ports aren't forwarded? But I still don't underdtand why I could get on all weekend, and now all of a sudden I can't. Everything in my house can use the internet fine, except for my xbox. I'm honestly pretty frusturated at this
point.

Except that the Xbox one throws a hissy fit if it doesn't have internet. Half the games I play won't run without it. Rockstar games are so dysfunctional they run an update every other day.

My Xbox one wouldn't even run off cable internet when I had it, despite all the troubleshooting I tried with it. The first controller crapped out after a month of use. Fine Chinese craftsmanship!
