All my unlocked items in the Killer Instinct KI Store are locked again?

I have had Killer Instinct since Launch weekend and have unlocked a lot of items and noticed in the last few days they are all locked again. When I went online to look up what may have happened I found out there was an update Has this happened to anyone
else?

Killer Instinct Ultra Content Question

I purchased the KIller Instinct Ultra Edition and most of the content is still locked. The character customiztions are still obtainable though KI points, but the stages are not selectable at all. What was I paying for? How can I unlock the content?

SOME ONE PLZ HELP MY KILLER INSTINCT JUST RESET SOME HOW ALL MY UNLOCKS ARE LOCKED AGAIN EVERYTHING HAS GONE BACK TO 1 MY RANK IS BUTTON MASHER AGAIN MY COSTUME AND ALL THE STUFF I BOUGHT ARE LOCKED MY KI POINTS ARE BACK ON 0 IM FREAKING OUT SOMEONE PLZ
TELL ME HOWTO GET EVERYTHING BACK WITH OUT HAVING TO START FROM SCRATCH IM NOT A GOOD PLAYER SO IT TOOK A LONG TO GET AS FAR AS I WAS

 

I haven't had it occur to me but it seems like there was an issue where game progress was lost when another registered console member walked in front of Kinect and got signed in. That has since been fixed with this latest up but it shouldn't have impacted
your save unless you were already affected by the issue.

 

I have played with another registered user. Are they doing anything to return the lost stuff? That is a lot of unlocks all gone!

 

As far as I know there is no recovery process as it is erasing the save data. Double Helix made no mention of recovery in their

Update/Dev Notes post some I'm assuming that will be a no.

 

That sucks, I'm a single father of two, I don't get a lot of time to play games to have to do everything twice. I hope they come up with something!
