All my recent CC transactions show up as Declined

I had a recurring 12 month subscription of Xbox Live, which the expire date was set for November 3rd, 2014. When this day passed, I got, everyday when I signed on Xbox Live on my console, a message saying that a transaction with my credit card was declined.

Now, how do I fix this? I still have Xbox Live on my account but it is not paid. And I can't remove the Credit Card because they say that the subscription wasn't paid yet. How do I fix this? If I add a new credit card, can I change the payment method and
will it work?

Rewards credit balance

I show a Xbox Live Rewards credit on my account. How do I go about using because my balance still shows $0.00. I have used a CC or PayPal for all transactions since this specific transaction showed up.

Account suspended - Payment option issues?

I went to commerce.microsoft.com., but I have no idea how to view my billing details there... how do I do this?

However, when I checked my recent transactions, apart from the lone game DLC I purchased on the 13th of March, (Which came up as "purchase" and "settled") there were a further 8 attempted transactions of £39.99 which were all declined. These attempted transactions
not initiated by me, so it now appears that someone has been attempting to hack into my account. What should I do?

Head to commerce.microsoft.com and add the new payment option then change it to the Primary. You should be able to remove the old card then.

If you run into any issues with this you should contact phone support for assistance as non-payment on your account could lock it out from purchasing or adding items in the future.

Are you using a prepaid CC? or a Reg Card.

Make sure billing information is correct.

If you use a reg CC and the billing info is correct, contact you bank after you try to do a transaction.

Have them find out the transaction details and why it was declined/Not working.

Then contact support and tell them what your bank told you, some one might have moved the cheese and not even known it.

Yeah it sounds like that may be the reason you got it for free. Keep an eye on your CC account though, it may just be a transaction that takes a while to show up.

Thank you, but why it is showing declined and money is deducted from account. The page was showing transaction was completed
