    all my promo codes have disappeared from my notifications


    I had 3 different redeemable promo codes on my xbox one notification. One was for EA Access because I pre ordered fifa 17, the other was for forza horizon 3 halo warthog due to loyalty, the other was for Gears of War 4 weapons due to loyalty. I tried to
    find my redeemable codes on my notifications and they have vanished

    The codes for the backwards compatibilty GoW editions have disappeared from my notifications on my console. How do I get these back?

    I also bought Gears of War and received a notification with codes for Xbox 360 games. The notification disappeared before I had a chance to redeem them. Can you please restore my notification with the codes?

    Issue with the "20% off xbox live and free copy of Lovers In a Dangerous Space time" Promo

    Same thing happened with me too. I pay for my live subscription pre month.(just being lazy) And saw the promo... ok i can save some money and get a free game with this so after selecting the promo, add my payment details....done. And now the promo link
    disappeared. Should be all good now right?now just wait till the end of the month... Just now checking my emails for details or redeem code and was surprised to be charged full price and have no game :(

    I have xbox gamepass ultimate account and from 14+ days discord nitro link is not been seen anywhere in perks tab

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
