All my progress lost in Forza Horizon 4 after a profile syncing error

I have been playing Forza Horizon 4 For Over a year now and this morning when i attempted to log in, i was greeted with an error basically saying the profile couldn't sinc (Cant remember exactly what it was). I was told to put a link into my browser for
help with the issue. After following the link and following Option 1: Nothing happened (Pretty much just restart the game) and Option 2: i was told to disconnect my PC from the internet, reset the game data and play until i unlocked online and relog (At this
time my XBOX still had all my data and all my cars). After i followed all the steps the save data was the same and again i did not have my old saves, I then went to go check my XBOX (Same account) my save was gone and was back to the new save. I had millions
of credits and 100 million credits worth of cars. I know that if you cancel the syncing the Forza team wont do anything to help you considering it is your fault but i followed all steps, after an error and now i have lost everything? Is there anything i can
do to get compensation? If not i understand but anything would be appreciated. Gamer-tag is . Also i don't know if this makes a difference but i bought the game (standard edition) through game pass. And again the account was on a) My XBOX 1s and my
PC. If anyone knows anything to help please let me know.
