    I linked my ea account which i used to play on pc to the xbox account but when I started the game in cbox the game started fro the beginning like fifa and apex legend all my progress are lost how can i get back it please fix it

    Hello NirmalMax03, if when starting the game on another platform the progress does not appear, unfortunately it will not be possible to recover your progress.

    Your progress must remain in the Xbox Live account, if you use the game from the Xbox app, make sure you are using the correct account in the Microsoft Store, in the PC app and in Xbox Console Companion.

    If you play on Steam, make sure you have the correct account linked.

    You can try reinstalling the game again to try to sync the cloud information once you make sure you are using the correct account.

    I just posted about the same type of issue,... and have only found a few other posts, all with NO HELP AT ALL from MS, and no explanation,... I think its just a dead game and they dont care, because this same issue has happened for 2 years it seems, and
    never gets answered or replied.
