All my Minecraft Worlds, Skin Packs and Resource Packs have deleted. What do I do?

PLEASE READ (I know I wrote a lot): I loaded into Minecraft the other day and noticed that my menu buttons were bigger in size. I thought nothing of it, as I had just updated, and i thought it might have reset a few of my settings for some reason. I went
into settings and realised all my setting and controls were back to the defaults. I set everything back to normal and then went to go and play. I loaded into worlds and there were none of my worlds there! I went to go and click the sync old worlds button,
to see if for some reason I needed to sync them. A message came up saying I was out of Minecraft storage! But I had no worlds! I did a hard reset of my Xbox, but it was still the same. I went to load into My Files Explorer to see if my worlds were still in
my files, only to realise it didn’t work anymore! It was 3 bucks, so I didn’t really care. I still had realms, which was the main thing I played on, so that was ok. I loaded into the realm, and went to change my skin from Steve, as for some reason I always
load in as Steve at the start. I loaded skins and realised that the skin pack I have my skin in was gone! I thought oh well and choose another skin. It wasn’t as bad as losing all my worlds. My game crashed as it always does on realms, and then I went to load
back in. I noticed all my settings were back to defaults again. I changed it all to what I like and chucked Faithful texture pack on whilst I was there. I loaded into realms and after a while Minecraft crashed again (as it does). But this time it was different.
I went into settings to change them from defaults as it had changed again, and then went to turn on Faithful. It wasn’t there. And neither were any of the other resource packs I had paid for. I went into my skin packs and neither were any of my skin pack.
Everything had deleted! I went to go into realms and realms weren’t there. I went to reload Minecraft, and now Minecraft won’t load! Can someone please help!

Hi TomFur,

Check and see if the add-ons are downloaded? When you did the hard reset maybe the add-ons on your games were erased.

To use a world skin on your world, go on to the world settings. There will be an option for "Resource Packs". The world skin that you have converted should be listed on the Resource Pack section. To use it click on the "+" icon. This will put the skin at
the top which means it will be on that world.

Minecraft on Xbox One X.

Following the recent update to version 1.14, ALL of my son's purchased content (texture packs, maps, skins) has disappeared. All of his worlds are present, so clearly he is signed-in appropriately.

This is clearly unacceptable - does anyone know what is going on?

Same thing happened to my account 😥😥 all my skins, packs, and add on worlds I bought from the shop are gone, just not my other saved worlds

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Yes, you should be able to restore your purchased resource packs and skins on your new PS4. Since the resources you are looking for are paid or purchase, please make sure that you are signed into the account you used to purchase them. Should this be linked into your Minecraft account, please check through Minecraft page - Sign in | Minecraft.

Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Make sure you are signed in to the same Microsoft account that you used to purchase the resource packs and skins.

2. Open Minecraft on your new PS4 and go to the Marketplace.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Marketplace and select "My Packs."

4. Here you should see all of the resource packs and skins that you have purchased. Select the ones you want to restore and click on the "Download" button.

5. Once the download is complete, the resource packs and skins should be available in your game.

What skin are you using? Some skins will not be able to be used in multiplayer.
