All my games crash. All of them

Game pass games. Games I’ve purchased. Some play longer than others but one of two things happen. Game locks and crashes to Home Screen. Or whole console locks up and needs to restart. Playing with friends seems to speed up the process of the crash in relation to play time. I’ve scoured forums and so many ppl have this same issue it’s crazy. I’ve done it all. Stopped using the overpriced external I had to buy. Deleted and redownloaded my profile. Cleared my cache. Changed hdmi and power supply. Tried a different tv. Reset to factory settings. Called support they want 300 for a few months out of warranty or I have to take it Best Buy to fix it??! Is that the shelf life of the Xbox or do I have a known hardware issue we’ll find out about later like the red ring of death!? I’m not paying three hundred to find out. Please find a solution because a lot of us are having this issue and it’s pretty jacked how limited the support is on it. My best guess is it’s an oath issue or a profile Issue because all is fine until it isn’t. The Xbox is well ventilated and doesn’t overheat. Well taken care of. Doesn’t seem to be a hardware issue. Just can’t play the games I buy so it’s to a point if I can’t find a solution there’s no point in gaming on this console because it’s a literal waste of money. Months out of warranty unusable!?

Hi there! Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation.

If you've already tried all the troubleshooting steps to fix the issue and it's still not working normally, there's a possibility that it's already an issue with its internal processes that requires a repair. I am afraid that you would need to pay for a repair fee for out of warranty product.

Though, there's a chance that it may only be a system issue that requires stabilization or optimization. I would advise you as well to report it via the Report a problem app so the Team Xbox will be able to investigate it properly. Game freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 device,solutions it just normal check list, what everyone doing before asking help.- but no one that solution list not working. i unistallet and reinstallet softwara,games and clean install windows. I googlet that problem i see another asking solutions another sites, someone find working solutions but that not working everyone. Maybe i need to test , without any drivers installet in pc.

You're ****. Microsoft sold and shipped thousands of consoles with power supply issues, did you buy an xbox close to release? If you are out of warranty you're lucky enough to spend more than half the price of your console to get it fixed.

Blame Microsoft. They screwed you. There is no recourse other than giving these crooks more money.
