ALL MY FRIENDS WERE DELETED!!!

Why were all of my friends deleted.I had 96+ 3 pending and they're all gone.Also I'm still on their friend lists their just not on my so what is happening.If this isn't fixed soon I want a complete refund for my Xbox live gold because this is making it so
I can't even play with friends because I don't even get their invites.Help!

simple create a new thread instead of bumping one from almost a year ago, all bumping threads does is get them locked.
