Yes, as said above, if you had your console set as your Home console, you will still have access to those games. If you did not set your console as your Home console with that account, you lose your games.

Wow, so that's abit bs, I've still payed for them for god sake and I can't even case review my ban, it's IMPOSSIBLE enforcement sets you up to fail, I've clicked case review like 80 times, it just refreshes back to the home Paige of enforcement, but I've
seen you can case review a permo ban on YouTube!!
