ALL MY DIGITAL GAMES AND HARD EARNED MONEY, gone?!?!? This is not right!

so I try sign in to my account and then boom, it says I'm permo banned!! The gamer tag is QwazyM8, I do not know what for!, as I only talk to people how they talk to me, ive just recently bought Star Wars ultimate edition on digital... ALL MY GAMES ARE ON
DIGITAL, BOOM, no games at all for me, every single on of my games over £1000 are all bought on that account which I can retrieve!! This is scandolus, PERMANENT ban for nothing, let alone steal ALL of mine And my dads hard earned money! HELP!!

It is simply unplayable. Microsoft should do something about it, including reimbursing those that acquired the digital version. I regret the moment I spent my hard earned money on this game.

 

I can't play any digital games

This isn't the first time people have been denied access to their games due to Microsoft having network issues. And the reason we are " whining " is that we have spent our hard earned money on a game only to be told that we can't play it right now.

 

P.S Xbox chat support said to post here to get a response from the enforcement team, no way you should be able to get away with daylight robbery, a lot of money has been spent on there, I've got no games, game score, anything, it's all on there, I would
of posted on QwazyM8, but it does not let me.

it won't let me do a case review as I'm permanently banned, but I've read even if that's case you keep the games, I haven't, I don't have one single game, everything has been purchased digitally on that account, so when I click on them it says I need to sign
in Or buy them, yet I've already bought them?

 

you do keep the Games but only on thr existing home console

So if you were doing something you weren't supposed to do like sharing with the strangers or the neighbourhood you lost everything

 

that means you already filed a case review you can pnly do it once and if upheld that's it

As you can see,you forfeit all digital content when you account is banned.Nothing has been stolen from you,you agreed to this.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were banned or it should tell you on the enforcement site

yes but major nelson said you keep the games? And come on, permanent banned I don't know how to hack or tamper with system, why am I permanent banned, I have no reason why am banned it's ridiculous, bet you feel happy don't you, would you not be furious over
£1000 of games and 7 years gone, for what??? Probably a swear word on a 18+ game, this SHOULD not be allowed to permanent ban people just from such petty things... good job all game so coming out are PS4, useless xbox

Yes, as said above, if you had your console set as your Home console, you will still have access to those games. If you did not set your console as your Home console with that account, you lose your games.

 

Wow, so that's abit bs, I've still payed for them for god sake and I can't even case review my ban, it's IMPOSSIBLE enforcement sets you up to fail, I've clicked case review like 80 times, it just refreshes back to the home Paige of enforcement, but I've seen
you can case review a permo ban on YouTube!!

And you shouldn't have been doing what you were doing like Gameshring with strangrers

If you get caught what did you expect
