All my coins is removed...

.. and all my challenges are gone after upgrade last week. Is it possible to fix this.

Someone stole all my coins on Madden Ultimate Team

I was playing today when some guy contacted me about how to get free coins in Madden Ultimate Team, and I wanted some coins to help my team.

He offered me a player and then took my coins. He ripped me off and gave me a bad player in exchange for 9,250 coins.

He basically stole all my coins, and I want them back. I filed a complaint, but it doesn't let me say what happened, so that's why I'm here.

I've got the messages and transaction saved in my account. Here's his account:

Can anyone at Xbox help me get my coins back?

 

Hacked (account compromised)

[Mod Removed] (gamertag) hacked my account yesterday went on my ultimate team traded all my players to his account took over 600k worth of coins and i changed my password after i caught him then he did it again today. I lost around 20 players and over
600k worth of coins and i am for certain it was him.
