All my apps no longer launch!!!!Any ideas???

Worst purchase I have ever made. Xbox one S.... unistalled & reinstalled apps, shutdown and restarted, nothing works..... I don't know what to do.

Any ideas out there???

Also a few months ago my wireless network stopped working with the xbox, everything else works fine... had to go to a wired connection...

Oh and thanks a lot microsoft for abandoning your UK customers....... I was going to buy the xbox 2 when launched..... don't think I will anymore after this fiasco with xbox one S only had it 1 year..... maybe this is why Playstation is so much more successful.

It looks like this issue was due to an outage we were experiencing at the time. For future reference you can always take a look at the

Xbox Live Status page for any service alerts that may be interfering with your gaming.

Actually if you wanted to get into the numbers the Xbox has been more successful. Microsoft as a whole has made huge strides in the gaming world compared to other companies. I get it though, you're frustrated. This is a known issue right now and should
be resolved shortly, I had to uninstall the apps, Then clear local saved games and the MAC address before installing again. Try that, That may help you too

There is an issue installing apps. They know about it and will be working on th fix. Unfortunately we will just have to wait for it to come through.

They haven't abandond the UK at all, not sure what you refer to here.

All platforms have their fare share of issues, many are the same kind of issues. Just have a look at other platforms forums. Of course you are completely free to choose any platform for your gaming.

Refresh your cache memory ( on the main menu , press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console, wait 30 sec, restart ) , it should work.

If not try a reset factory , and if still not working call Xbox helpdesk > https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

It's a mess mate..they tick everything as working but nothing works..I have disc games they want me to purchase again too..nothing is working at all..I'm thinking of going to pc gaming and through steam.
