All my achievements were removed!

ast year I got banned for achievement modding. When my account got unbanned all the achievements were reset even the ones I unlocked legit! I understand that they had to remove my modded achievements but they also removed my legit unlocked achievements which
i took time into unlocking! I have been trying to contact microsoft to give me my legit achievements back but they have not done anything!

When I looked up your profile it says that Gamerscore was reset due to cheating. All achievements will be wiped and your gamer score set to 0. None of your achievements that you had during the wipe will be available to you again on this gamer tag. The link

The only people who do gamerscore resets are the XBOX Live Enforcement Team, these are done after it is detected that the user has earned one or more achievements in an unauthorized manner. Unfortunately, once a gamerscore has been reset it will not be undone.
They gather a lot of evidence (regardless of you playing your games offline).

Once a gamerscore rest occurs you can continue to earn gamerscore, but you will not be able to re-earn the achievements that have been reset.

Your free to ask in the only forum the XBOX Live Enforcement Team responds in, which is located here but more than likely your gamerscore reset is permanent
and will not be undone.

 

When you get a Gamerscore reset all of your achievements are reset you wont get them back

 

You can try checking http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can submit a case review, but that's how gamerscore resets work. They are permanent. In order to re-earn those achievements, you would have to start over on a new account.

Sorry to hear you have run into this issue.

Unfortunately if your achievements have disappeared due to the fact that your account was suspended because of the Achievement Modding then the
Enforcement Team more than likely removed them all.

It is a clear violation as it states in the
Code of Conduct:

Don’t cheat or tamper. For example, don't:

• Use unauthorized hardware or software
• Exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches
• Make unauthorized modifications to your account profile or its contents (e.g., tenure, Avatar, game saves, Gamerscore, achievements)
  
• Intentionally play with someone who is using unauthorized software or methods

This is standard practice. All your achievements are gone. You cannot earn them back. And on the 360 you're now assigned to the "Cheater" category.

Only way to get them back is to create a new account.

Enforcement will not do anything. Support will not do anything.

Is it fair? I don't know.

When you signed up to xbox live you agreed to the xbox terms of use. It clearly states that getting achievements not legit results in all your gamerscore being removed. There is nothing that can be done to gain your achievements back without starting a
new account
