All my achievements are blank on 360

A while back I went on a hacking spree to unlock achievements on 360. Third party app. Yeah I know bad ,but i already got suspended and lost all the achievements and well now I want to actually earn those achievements. I can't really do that because
the game already thinks I earned those achievements.

Apps and black app boxes no pictures

Same problem as a few others.

I am signed in on xbox live

All my app boxes are blank

Achievements have no display pictures

Can anybody help?

Game History and GS suddenly wiped to 0???

Does anyone know what could be the issue...Yesterday i started up a game and saw my GS at 0, and when i scroll over to achievements for my games they are all there, but when i select a game its as if none have been earned..I tried re downloading profile
and clearing cache, but nothing..also if i start up my games the achievements will update, but GS is still 0, but if i download profile again achievements are blank again...Now as for xbox.com, everything looks fine w/ the exception of my recent history, the
only ones showing are those with beacons, if i remove that they will disappear, my all games played and chievos are there if i select all activity..

Ok update, i tried this morning to try and earn a new achievement on one of my games, well that brought back my GS, but the achievements earned on all others are still blank, and the recent played games on xbox.com is not updating, only my beacon games
are showing...any clues to as what is going on...Support found no issues with my account when i called last night

Sorry to hear it. However, once you've had a reset on your account you cannot re-earn those achievements on that account. If you want to earn those achievements again you'll need to create a new profile.

Has anyone started to see their achievements and activities? My smart glass app is blanked out and I've double checked the settings on all devices :/

Hi, I'm Luis a Xbox user just like you. Thanks for reaching out us here.
Try deleting your account's cache

Delete account Cache

Remove Account:
1. Press the Xbox button.
2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.
4. Close.

Power Cycle:
1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Add Account:
1. Press the Xbox button.
2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.
3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.
4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

After that check the achievements tab again

This account seems to be nothing more then a ghost to me. No points, friend, activity's, achievements, its all just blank.

I have had the same problem. Cannot log in AT ALL. Cannot view my achievements, or send messages, and although it says I'm online, my profile is completely blank. Made the mistake of trying to delete and recover my profile. Well, now my profile won't
recover, so I can't play any games at all.

Customer service is of no help. I am sick and tired of dealing with this pathetic excuse of a company. Trading in my 360 tomorrow if this isn't fixed, and buying a PS4.
