    Hello Microsoft, all of my accounts on my Xbox One have been communication banned because my friend reported me on all of his accounts, it would be nice if you guys could do something or I just might switch to PS4 because I have had enough of this bologna
    punishments system where the normal player get banned and the hackers don’t, please do something about this system.

    My account has been communication banned but when I go to enforcement.xbox.com and check there is nothing saying I am communication banned. Is there any fix

    Unfortunately I don't think Xbox enforcement team make a lot of errors.

    So what, I am suppose to just be like ok, Il let my account of all these years just remain permanent banned because some guy made a mistake in banning my account instead of being a communication ban, does that sound logical?

    Not all the enforcement actions on your account appears on your enforcement history, as only you will see the communication bans and permanent bans

    Account Permanently Suspended for 15 days. No update

    My account received a communication ban so i took the ban for a day like i was supossed to then i came back to a NEW BAN that wont even let me play multiplayer games for no reason it said it for sending abbusive text or griefing and trolling witch i hadnt since my communication ban so i dont know what happened they also didnt accept my appeal so i dont know what to do so I can't play games for 2 weeks on my account for no REASON at all thanks xbox.
