    All my accounts can't play online or join parties


    ok I am getting very frustrated because I haven't Been able to play online or join parties for the past week support want able to help I'm getting the party error that due to my past behavior I can't join parties. But my rep is good and have no actions
    against my accounts I contacted enforcement and haven't gotten any help. I even made a new account and get same error does this mean my Xbox is banned please help!!!!! And yes I have hard reset console.

    Can't talk or play online

    My profile randomly quit being able to talk in parties and I can't play or join friends online. I have gold but it's from another player. There are no enforcements against my account. Why can't I talk or join games?

    Sorry to hear it. Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

    I also have the same issue and all gamer tags on my Xbox cant play online and have no active suspensions or bans. I can use Xbox live still and download games presumably so Microsoft can take my money still but deny me the chance to fully use them online.
    Its beyond frustrating as no one tells me why its happening.

    XBOX LIVE having problems.

    I know they are working on it but I can't join friends parties. I can see them online but they can't see me. I have checked my settings and everything is as it should be. I can play online games and create a party of my own but can't join friends. Not

    You can still see your friends while you're on a silver account. You just can't play online, use some apps, or join games or parties.
