All MS games unable to show daily challenge - error 002000 on Mahjong, Sudoku, Solitaire ...

During the day on September 9th, the few Microsoft games I have installed on my computer started showing error messages when I attempted to show the daily challenges. I had been using it just the night before. I looked at the generic support articles for
this error saying I should reboot, reset my store cache, reinstall the apps, etc., but nothing seemed recent. I also tested this on a second Windows 10 computer where I didn't have the games installed before and I have the same problem, but I was using my
same account.

Can the 002000 error be caused by my Xbox or Microsoft account somehow and thereby making it occur on any computer I'm using for the Microsoft games? It seems this is more likely a server side issue with the service as it started suddenly on multiple apps
on multiple computers.

Is the windows store cache device-specific thereby eliminating that as being an issue by reproducing this issue on a second computer?

Unable to log onto XBox

I have been receiving the error code 0x87DD0004 every time I try to sign on to play the daily solitaire challenge, Mahjong challenge, Jigsaw challenge and Sudoku challenge. I started at about 10:00 AM yesterday and it has not been corrected. This is worse
than the typical two to five minute wait to log on.

 

Can not connect with Sudoku

Can somebody do something about this pls !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can not get into the Sudoku game and daily challenges while it isn't connecting in Xbox Games ??????

All others are working fine like Microsoft Jigsaw Microsoft Mahjong Microsoft Jackpot also Microsoft Solitaire Collection the daily challenges and so on. And connection with internet is also fine.

So why is Microsoft Sudoku not working ?????? Mean the connection with Xbox Games

Pls fixed this asap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
