All MLB.TV games blacked out on Xbox One!?!

Hi. I have a Roku, Apple TV, PS4, iPhone 5S, MacBook Air, and Xbox One. I live in NY and my billing address for my credit cards is in NY, and I normally follow the Los Angeles Angels and Dodgers ballgames. I am able to view their games on all my devices
EXCEPT the Xbox One, which says they are blacked out due to restrictions. In fact, every game is blacked out when I try to view them no matter what team is playing. Obviously, I know the Yankees or Mets should be blacked out, and I have owned an MLB.TV subscription
for years without a problem... and have no problems on all other devices.. but the games aren't working on Xbox One.

I think once or twice I was able to watch the "free game of the day" but that's it. I even talked to the MLB.TV support team over the phone and despite escalating my call twice, nobody was able to help. They said someone would call back, but nobody ever
called back and it takes forever to get back to the point we were at on customer support because they keep having me repeat all the same stuff we already tried with previous support. I have so far unplugged the system, reinstalled the app, logged in and out
of my MLB.TV account, double-checked my time/date settings are for eastern time, etc. Does anyone know how to fix this or has experienced this as well?

[PS- I would like to be able to make the games work on the Xbox One even though I can already view it on my other devices because I want to be able to voice-control and do everything on my "all in one" Xbox One system.]

MLB App Problems

My app on Xbox One always says I am blacked out if I try to watch the Rangers, Astros, Royals, or Cardinals and I live in northern Kansas. I am not blacked out if I use my Sony TV App or iPad, just on Xbox One. I contacted mlb support and they cannot figure
it out. Hopefully the xbox app developers can fix it soon. I have been an MLB.tv subscriber since the first year it came out and should only be blacked out of the Royals.

All Games black out on MLB Premium app

I can't watch any games at the moment, all games are blacked out erroneously.

Good thing the app works on my PS4.

I have only experienced this issue playing Black Ops online. I haven't played anything else on multiplier in awhile. I also borrowed a friends Call of duty Black Ops disc and had the same exact issue so i ruled that problem out. I have not had an issue
on while using Xbox apps such as MLB.tv, Crackle, or Netflix. It only seems to happen when I play black Ops. I will be playing a game and i will get kicked out or offline all together. A lot of times I check my internet connection and it always seems to
be strong too.

Thanks for the responses. Looking forward to this feature. Would love to be able to watch tv or mlb.tv (when available) while playing a game! Or be able to watch tv with my wife and snap mlb.tv muted.

Just bought my MLB.TV premium subscription for this year and it said they are making an app for both Xbox One and PS4 that will be released in "Spring 2014"
