    All memory is gone. Help!


    I turned my Xbox 360 on today to find that it appears that everything I've saved (I have the 3GB hard drive version) is apparently gone.

    I can not recover my profile from online. I get an error message 80070570.

    When I go into System Settings, Storage, Memory Unit it shows I have 90MB free. But where it lists Games, Profiles, Save data and all that they all show zero.

    I tried clearing out the cache, to no avail.

    Do I have any other recourse except to reformat the hard drive and lose all my saved data? Someone please help!

    Hi,

    Same issue in my side.

    I start the game and my data is gone. I try to reload the files from the Xbox cloud but nothing happend. Only the new safe game started.

    Is there any solution for this problem?

    Ok I tried with a flash drive and was able to recover my account to there. Is there any saving my game data from the hard drive though? I am unable to transfer anything to the flash drive because it still says I have only 90MB available but there is nothing
    listed to try and transfer.

    That is unfortunate and may be a hard drive issue in itself. There's nothing to do for it but to reformat the drive.

    Where did you purchase the drive originally and what size is it? Also, I would recommend putting your saves on the Cloud from now on. You have access to it so long as you are a Gold member (and will be able to move items when you're silver) and the saves
    would be protected if this happened again.
