All long to start 0x8027025a

All apps are coming up with taking to long to start 0x8027025a . I have tried all recommended solutions but to no effect! Is there anything else I can do? Many Thanks

Xbox one tv stopped working.

agreed, with error that says "For some reason TV took too long to start. (0x8027025a)"

 

cant play BF4 keep getting a error code 0x8027025a the game has taken to long to start

since i got my xbox one s ive had error codes on 2 games BF4 & DR3,

error code 0x8027025a

for some reason battlefield 4 has taken to long to start 0x8027025a

for some reason deadrising 3 has taken to long to start 0x8027025a

both digital downloads ive uninstalled reintalled the games deleted my gamertad turnd the power ect, nothing has worked

I'd be happy to try and help you.

What recommended steps did you try? If you haven't already done so I recommend trying a complete

power cycle.

If the power cycle doesn't help then you would need to do a soft factory reset
only if you know your account login information and have a stable internet connection.

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I have done a power cycle many times but to no effect . If i do a factory reset will i loose the games purchased?

Thank you for keeping us updated. The
soft factory reset does not affect the games that an account owns. The soft factory reset will keep all games and applications installed on the console. It will remove all profiles from the console. We recommend making sure the email addresses and passwords
for those accounts are known. Your saved data for those games is uploaded to the Xbox cloud. Once the account is downloaded back to the console, the saved data and licenses for those games will be recovered. Be sure to let us know the results!

 

Hi, do the factory reset "keep all games & apps" first off. If you have to do a factory reset deleting everything, don't worry as games, game saves aand apps are all cloud stored. You'll just have to download again.

 

All seems to be working fine now
