    All-in-one fans and hdd turns on and off repeatedly without booting


    Hi, my hp envy curved all-in-one 34-b010a has stopped working. Upon further investigation, I found out that the board was faulty. When the new board arrived I assembled the all-in-one and when i plugged it into power and turned it on, the laptop never booted (i did this without the case). I only found the fan and hdd turn on and off again and again. Is this normal, do i need to wait or do i need to replace something?

    Help is much appreciated

    In order to know what's going on with your device you may need to get it inspected in the closest authorized retailer or a place where original parts are used

    Remove all accessories, including your HDD. Turn your console on. If it still locks up on the boot logo, even without any accessories, it needs to be replaced.

    Enable the option, clear HDD cache, turn your console off, turn it back on, disable option, clear HDD cache, turn the console off, turn it back on.

    If that doesn't work, try it without the HDD.

    Hmmm, sucks indeed. OK, one more thing to try here- do you have an internal hard drive? If so, please turn off the console and remove that drive. Then boot it up without the drive. Are you able to load things properly like that? If so, then let's try
    installing the HDD again and see how it goes.
