    I purchased in-game currency and actually got lucky enough to win the (Perfect Guardian). When I logged in yesterday, all of my guardians, KI Gold, and shadowlord items were gone. My progress and level remained the same so this cannot be a corrupted save
    issue. When I look at my Xbox achievements, I still have the (Perfect Guardian) achievement, it's just that I no longer have any of the items that I won and all of my currency and items are gone. Even my free green guardians and in-game currency were wiped
    to 0. I paid real money for this stuff and still had KI gold left over.

    I have tried a hard reset of my console and a full reinstall of the game with no change. The game loads up, works fine, and my progress has been saved. My items, guardians, and all currency are still gone.

    Can you buy games with Mircosoft point if they turn to money in the beta

    if you were in the beta, which as you might know has ended, all marketplace items were in your local currency. and now the the update has gone live. all market place items will have local currency values. the points you had were converted to local currency.
    you no longer have to worry about being 10 points shy of buying an avatar item, an expansion for a game, etc. learn more here

    Wow, thats crazy, and with you already having reset the console and reinstalling the game honestly I dont think there is anything you could really do... Maybe call Xbox Live support to ask for a refund since the items in question have been removed from
    you now..

  5. Tried exactly that. I was told that this is considered an "in-game issue" and referred here....with no refund.

  6. Ah I see. I dont understand how being referred here would help anything if you're stuff was reset to 0 and everything you had has been taken away, that makes no sense, especially since you have already tried rebooting and reinstalling everything...

  7. Crazy thing is...when they told me that it was an in-game issue and that I needed to contact the developer, I asked for the contact info and was told "We are very sorry sir but they are not in our contact list and do not have a phone number.

    Very "interesting" idea of customer service.

    Crazy thing is...when they told me that it was an in-game issue and that I needed to contact the developer, I asked for the contact info and was told "We are very sorry sir but they are not in our contact list and do not have a phone number.
