All gaming audio on my xbox has become reversed!

I have recently had my Xbox audio become reversed. It happened randomly for no reason and I hadn't touched a single setting. I have looked all over the internet for a solution and it seems to be a rare occurrence that cant be explained. I have tried 3 different headsets on 2 different controllers. 2 of the headsets were brand new and neither controller has ever had an audio issue. I have tried changing my audio and device settings and updating my controller and nothing. From what I could find on the little coverage of this issue, it seems to be an issue with the account. I have read a post where they have tried multiple headsets on multiple controllers on 3 different Xboxs with the same account. I don't know what to do and usage of my Xbox is completely horrible due to this issue. If anyone knows anything or could help, I would appreciate it greatly. Edit: I have also factory reset a couple times too.

I have been on this post and many others and they have no idea what is going on either, i have tried everything and nothing works.

That is a good idea but it is unfortunately out of warranty and I have read a couple of cases of this issue where multiple devices seem to keep the issue anyway. Thankyou for the suggestion though.😁

Does anyone know if you need to have gold to become a preview member? I was invited a few days ago, and I'm not sure if there is just a lot of delay because of all of the traffic the reverse compatibility has caused, or if it is because I don't currently
have xbox gold.
