Bingo NOR Jackpot work. I always have problems opening Jackpot. Have just recently had problems with Bingo. At least with 7 I could play games without downloading and had no problems. Your IT people get paid a lot of money, and I mean "a lot". Fix ALL of
the games. THEY DO NOT WORK!!!! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!

I am not following. A few clarifying questions:

• What is your issue exactly?
• Your Xbox can't find your profile?
• Have you gone through the setup process to login?
• Are you running into any error codes or messages of any sort?
  

Let us know a bit more detail, and we can work from there.

I have been having the same problem with all of my games. I cant even get Forza to start up as it cant find my profile. As this is obviously a problem with the xbox one system (as it seems to be happening to a lot of people with a lot of different games)
does anyone know if xbox is working on this? I thought about resetting the factory settings and starting over again. However, I imagine the same problem will exist unless they do something to fix it.

 

I would imagine they have people looking into all issues with games, sometimes it just takes a while for patches
