all games released in marketplace pre-2012 are missing from Israeli Xbox live Marketplace

why ULTRA is not available for Israeli (Israel Marketplace) players??

Hi,

As long as you're in a region where Xbox LIVE is officially supported and the game is available in your region you should be able to download it directly from the Xbox LIVE marketplace the day it's released on Xbox One.

All Xbox One games (as long as they are available regionally) will be available for download from the marketplace on the first day they are released.

Onslaught is Working Now but VIP is still MIA. All the VIP map packs are missing from the in-game store and Xbox Live Marketplace, and my download history

By Zune Passes I believe they are referring to the Zune Music Pass and that a TV season pass would count as a "movie purchase or rental", but I don't know for sure.
