    Hello,

    Recently I have encountered a problem in which my Xbox one will lag for a few seconds every so often, despite checking my 'detailed network statistics'.

    My statistics as of writing this are:

    Download Speed

    54.26 Mbps

    Upload Speed

    18.50Mbps

    Packet loss

    1%

    Latency

    31ms

    Wireless Strength

    100%

    Lastly, the only situation in which I don't lag every so often, is during an online game in which people are joining me. For example COD WWII Zombies where I start a match and randoms join.

    My xbox has always been wirelessly connected to the Internet box (that being BT Broadband). The BT booster was only introduced at the end of October last year.

    Also I'm not the best with technical terms, incase I misunderstand anything.

    Unfortunately no. My xbox is at the rear end of the house while the Internet box is at the front, making it impossible to create a wired connection.

    The closest thing I use to an Internet box is an Internet booster in the same room as my xbox.

    Hello, thanks for responding. My NAT type does specify its open, so I am not sure if I would follow any of the steps provided to be honest.
