    All games have uninstalled themselves


    So I turned on my Xbox One yesterday to discover that ALL disc based games that I own have disappeared from my library, and the vast majority of my digital games are also gone. This is ridiculous, inexplicable and unnacceptable. Multiple hard resets have
    not worked. Can anyone help please? I don't fancy reinstalling 50 + games...

    Over a hundred games just uninstalled without me knowing. I played the sims 4, it was fine, then I watched an episode of The Office on Netflix. All the apps are still there. When I exited netflix and clicked back to the Sims, it
    said that the game was not installed. When I looked, I saw that all but 8 games had uninstalled.

    It’s going to take days and days to install everything again and I’m pissed.

    Sorry to hear it. If the games are on an external drive it could be that the drive is just not being recognized. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down. While it's off unplug the external drive and plug it
    into another USB port to see if that helps.

    I believe this has something to do with the previous update. I saw someone mentioning this earlier this week.
