All Games are TRIALS!

So I got the Xbox 360 slim with 4 GB. Once I transferred my old hard drive into the new xbox, all games were trials(and still are). I was on my account when they were trials too. I was able to re-download the game Terraria but the game Minecraft was not
seen on the download history. all my maps, skins, textures, and achievements were there but the game wasn't (it was a trial by the way). I need help... and I need it now. PLEEEASE!

Not all trials work that way, but yes, some trials are game specific.

Trial codes are a little tricky. Not all trial codes allow access to all games since it's a trial.

And some trial codes will not work if you've had a trial subscription before.

You're best bet it to try and buy a subscription

 

You need to perform a license transfer on the new console.

 

Once the license transfer has been done you will need to redownload the games from your download history (no need to delete them first).

As for the game, if it's not in your download history then that means that it was purchased and downloaded under a different account.

Then that would be where the issue is coming from. Because the game is owned by your brother's account you cannot play it on a different console.
