    All Games and Apps List including Full Library - Can someone explain it to me please


    Can someone explain to me why the number of Games I own differs depending on which list I am looking at. When I first enter the My Games and Apps >> See All section I see that I have 141 Games. However, when I go to Full Library
    the number of All owned games is 121 and my Games with Gold is 88. Similarly when I first enter My Games and Apps I have 41 Apps but when I go to Full Library I have 33 Apps.



    I sort of understand the Games with Gold number of 88, but the numbers 141 and 121 for my games have no obvious correlation.



    Can someone explain this to me please.

    Yes there are more than one account on the console but I own all of the games as the other accounts are family accounts and all games get installed under my account. The only Games I have hidden are 5 Demo games which I have noted under the Hidden Games
    element.

    But none of that would explain why there are 20 more games in the My Games and Apps section and yet there are 20 less in the Full Library section. Surely the Full Library should have more as is called the FULL Library, not Partly Full Library, or Nearly
    Empty library.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Do you have multiple accounts on this Xbox? Have you ever hidden any games or apps before? The Xbox could be showing you the total number of games/apps between all accounts on the Xbox as well as only showing
    you what you own in certain places. Please let us know if this is the case.

    If you go to your full library on the console, the game is not showing there?

    Press the Xbox button > My games & apps > See all > Full library > All owned games.

    See if the game is listed there and please let me know. This is probably just a sync issue.

    Where can I find my code?

    Was it purchased through All Access? If so, check under either Settings then Account or Games and Apps then Full Library for a section for "Include with this Xbox" and it should list the code there.
