All games and app suddenly missing/inaccessable

All my games are suddenly missing/inaccessible despite still being on the hard drive. This is likely due to an attempt to add a developer account for games testing to the xbox, as this all happened right afterwards. The account has been removed from the
xbox temporarily as i do not need to do testing at the moment.

My assumption is their has been an error in signing up for the developer account and the emails used.

Id be happy to provide more detail in private, but essentially im assuming the emails just need to be switched so that my normal playing account is not blocked from my purchased games?

Season pass Chicago PD season 2 missing episodes

It goes from episode 7 to 19 all in between are missing except on the website where all 23 episodes are there. only on devices app are missing, xbox one, 360, xbox video app on surface.

Thank you for reaching out to us with this issue. Enabling this mode can cause a few issues with other accounts that wouldn't have opted into using this mode. We recommend only having one account on a separate console to test with. You would need to opt
out of the mode using the other account as this changes the basic functionality of the console for all other users. Also, if you're using an external drive, we recommend powering down your console, unplugging the drive, console, and router for five full minutes,
and trying again. This can clear the cache and re-establish connections among all the devices. This should be helpful. Thank you.

 

Thanks for your response. I realized i was still in developer mode despite thinking id switched it off..so ill leave it disabled until im testing. however, i would still like to change the email that my developer licence is tied to...and i cant seem to see
how to change the main one in the settings? Is it possible for an Official to do it for me?

 

This typically links to the e-mail that Is tied to your Microsoft account. This cannot be changed unfortunately from out end. We recommend making sure that your accounts are created using the desired e-mail to avoid these kinds of scenarios.
