    Skype is stuck "queued" for download

    I am trying to download and install Skype and it's stuck as queued. It won't download at all. I tried unplugging the Xbox to clear it, but it's still just sitting at queued. Any thoughts?

    All game updates stuck at 0%

    It's been a couple weeks now and none of my digitally purchased games or game updates will install. They are all queued at 0%. What is going on???

    All Game Updates and Installs are Stuck and Queued

    Try another hard reset, but when the console is off, unplug the power cord from the back for 5 minutes and try it again.

    I'm also having this problem, but the difference for me is that it's Killer Instinct, an Xbox Marketplace game. I bought it (came with the Xbox Live Platinum membership) and installed it. Now it's saying 'installing' again, which I assume is an update. It
    queued at 27% and was stuck there until it eventually said 'installation stopped'. I tried reinstalling it a couple times, but it's still saying 27%, goes to queued, and eventually says installation stopped. It's annoying me cause I finally got around to buying
    the $20 Combo Breaker pack with the rest of the characters.

    Does anybody know why when i try to dl the update for gta v it stays seemingly stuck at 96% wont go up and goes from 96% to queued to installation stopped and ive tried shutting down, un installing re in stalling it and still wont finish that 4%
