All game data deleted?!?! Help?!?!

Ok, so I'm kind of new to this forums thing, but whatever. so here it is.

I was trying to play split screen with a friend, but pressing the button with three lines didn't work, so I thought doing a full system reboot would maybe make it work (please keep in mind that
I'm kinda an idiot) because I once had trouble signing in, saw a tutorial on how to fix it by some other people, did it, and it worked. (Remember, a while ago). So I was stupid enough to think
that that would fix it. I did the full system reboot by unplugging my xbox and replugging it in. When my xbox finished loading and got to my home menu, I signed in and opened Forza Motorsport 5. It made me re-drive the Mclaren P1, and go through the crappy
tutorial. All of my data had been deleted!!!

I was wondering if anyone could help?! Please?!

Error syncing data on all games

Thank you for reaching out to us on this. Not being able to sync properly would point to a poor connection to Xbox Live. Let's check out our
connection guide to look into improving your connection to keep this from happening.

LOST ALL SAVE GAME DATA

I tried that and didn't work. I believe it somehow overridden the save. I need it retrieved immediately.

It has happend to me, it showed up 2 days ago.Im a level 95 racer, and know i have nothing. i tried reinstalling the game, power draining, redownloading xbox live profile. nothing its realy pissing me off. So Ya any one know what we can do to fix this and
or what is going on that is causing this.

Same thing happened to me last night, playing a career race and the game just quit and went back to xbox home screen. Started it back up and all my cars and money were completely gone. Very discouraging.

Uninstall the game and reinstall and it wil resync and should recover your progress.

Hi there,

Thanks for your response Deleting your profile from the console will not delete any of your saved data; all save data is automatically synced to the cloud, if for any reason your console deletes it, it can be redownloaded by launching the desired game.
