    All friends appearing as offline?

All my friends are showing offline and when I do join them in a game I can't talk to them. I know this isn't xboxes fault but *** all week it's been issue after issue

I just got this issue as well. All my friends are offline even though I know they aren't. Doesn't help much for when I'm trying to game/party up with them. Just the most recent issue I've had with this 'next gen' console.

Xbox one: One step forward, two steps back.

Same here and this has been happening on and off since i purchased the console 5 months ago. Every single day there is a problem with xbox live's social features.

My friends and I pay for this service on a yearly subscription yet every day we are so frustrated spending most of our gaming time just trying to fix party problems.

I would rate the xbox live experience on the 360 an 8 out of 10 but on the xbox one, it's a 1 out of 10.

    It is THAT bad.

    All friends appearing as offline?

I and all of my friends are having this exact problem. I just recently had to restore factory defaults to get my xbox one fixed after it's been stuck on a black screen for 3 days and now I have to install all my games again, plus my installs stop at 98%
    and friends are down

Same here. They show up on my 360, but, not on x1 console or x1 smartglass. I have reset my console and router several times, no luck. Please look into this.
