All friends appearing as offline?

When ever I go to my friends list on Xbox One it shows that all my friends are appearing offline. This happened when I was in a party chat with one of my friends and I was playing the new Xbox One Minecraft. I can't even hear my friend anymore either and
I called him on my phone and he said he was having the same issue. Is anyone having the same issue?

From around a week most of my friends for some reason appearing as offline on my xbox one also on xbox.com. Did someone get solution for this?

Some people do this when they are playing music or watching a video; or they might be deep into a game and they simply don't want to be bothered.

Please try the steps provided below. If your friends are still appearing offline please contact us back and we will do further troubleshooting.

While the console is on, press and hold the console’s Xbox button for 5 seconds.

The console will power down.

Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the Xbox button.

 

I have tried this and reset my router all friends appear offline even though they haven't. Even on smartglass it seems as its an Xbox server issue. I even texted a friend and her is the same way

 

Xbox is aware it seems.

@HOTBULLETTOWEN It didn't work, now it doesn't even show my friends. It just says we can't show your friends right now.

 

This is happening to me also

 

It also has me set as " appearing offline" and won't let me turn it to on "appear online"

 

I complained about this issue last month and they said it was fixed. Now, here we are in September STILL getting this glitch. You would think by now this would be fixed but apparently not. Where's your explanation Microsoft? Why did you say you fixed this
when it is still happening? Why did you release a patch this month yet not patch one of the most frustrating issues with your console? This is getting to the point where its ridiculous. Do you as developers even read anything that we say on here? Do you even
fix anything? Or are you just withholding certain software protocols and later updating them to then run correctly? This really shouldn't be an issue anymore. Microsoft, you've got some *** explaining to do.

 

@Mr Ragez, Settle down Francis, I agree with you that this can get frustrating, but at least Microsoft's servers aren't as f*cked up as Sony's servers. I own all three next gen consoles currently (Xbox One, PS4, & Wii U), and the PS4 is having the most
issues out of thew three. For example, 90% of the time my PS4 fails to load my friends list and the PSN Store. Also the PS4 server keeps sh*tting it self every time mass amounts of people get online. Basically what i'm trying to say here is, is that technology
isn't perfect and it's going to have a few bugs here and the but we're just going to have to be patient.

 

So it stops messing up, only to do the same thing again tonight. I download Minecraft and try to play with my friends and because the friends list isn't working I cant play with my friends. Seriously Microsoft, this is ridiculous.

 

having the same problem...the service report seems to only be related to the PBS app. NO WORD on this issue yet.

 

I'll ditto this problem. I'm not able to see my friends or play Diablo UEE with them which is really frustrating.

 

Downloaded Minecraft today, everyone appeared offline, then they got fixed and I was in a party with my friend for like 5 minutes when I had to restarts. Now I can't hear my friends in the party. Very frustrating.
