    All Files/achievements Deleted and Cant Update


    Prompted to system update but everything on the console is gone. We have checked the storage but there was nothing there. If we try to update, it wont let us due to it saying that we need more space. 190mb. We do have enough. It states we have 10gb
    because everything on the console was deleted. Even if I connect my USB with the xbox360 update on it, it wont work. All the achievements, apps, profiles and anything else is completely gone. Please help us.

    Thanks for the info. It sounds as though the USB device may be buggy and that would be why you are having issues updating. I would recommend getting an official Xbox 360 hard drive for your console. The lack of an official storage device may be why you
    are experiencing issues.

    Hey Spud, deleting the cache removes temporary files, such as game and app updates. Clearing the cache will not affect save games, achievements, or anything else of that nature. :)
