All downloaded games bought from xbox store crash to home

Recently every game I purchased from the store has been crashing to home after a few seconds of loading the game. I've tried resetting the console, turning off and unplugging, disconnecting from the internet and even cleaning my console but nothing has worked.
Other problems I've experienced are my profile pictures won't load as well as my set color, also when i try to change profile i have to wait approximately 30 seconds before it lets me. Is this a hardware problem or a software problem. Is anyone else having
this problem?

Lot of XBOX One games keeps crashing to dash

I have the same problem too with 2 games downloaded from the store.

The games crashes to home screen immediately after launch.

 

Game store crashes when browsing 360 games

OS version: 10.0.14393.1040 (rs1_xbox_rel_1608.160816-1851) fre

From Home, Store, Browse games, scroll to Backward compatible, Show all, select Fallout: New Vegas, See price, Cancel, hit B to go back to browse other 360 games, store always crashes after this and kicks back to Home.

Make sure you console is set to your home xbox in settings personation

Make sure your signed in with the account that paid for the games

You need internet to play games got from the store even if your playing offline. This is so the system can check you own the game.

Do a detailed network test your packet loss should be 0% your download at least 2.5mb and upload 0.5mb at least

 

I have done all that still not allowed to play the games they just crash to home after approximately 1-2 minutes of playing

 

Try reinstalling the games ?

Clear your storage Settings Disic and Blu ray Blu Ray Clear storage

Clear you MAC under Network Settings
