    All disks play accept one


    I have owned a hello neighbor game for a few months now but stopped working. The game would begin to load but then it would stop and go back to the beginning. I reset the Xbox one s multiple times, deleted the game and reloaded it. I finally purchased another
    hello neighbor game and the same thing happened! All other games play just fine! I don’t get it? Please any help it’s greatly appreciatiated..

    dvd disks will not play.

    All other media plays correctly. No noise or scratching, etc. Just won't accept DVD disks. Audio CDs, Blurays play correctly.

    Xbox one won't accept disk

    Whenever I try to insert the disk into the xbox, it takes it in but the disk gets stuck halfway. If I push it in, the disk does go in but it makes loud cranky noises. And when I try to eject it, it gets out halfway then I have to pull it out. I've looked
    online, I tried everything. I power cycled the xbox and reconnected it after disconnecting it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Games not loading since dashboard update

    Heya,

    I am experiencing a similar problem.. however mine seems to be xbox 360 type disks that are not accepted since update ...

    Played BO2 this morning (around 7 hours ago from time of posting) and had no issues..

    Once i exited out of BO2 the xbox update message came up so i updated now it wont accepted these disks..

    Starts to spin up then stops.. xbox one disks are fine for the two i tested.

    Really hope this gets fixed soon.

    Discs from CeX... Scratched.

    Ahh that CeX smell... Once smelt there is no forgetting it (Been in numerous stores and there all mostly the same :p)

    Anyway... The disks being scratched cant really comment only bought one game if I remember correctly and it was fine. Must of been lucky or something :p

    Like others have said though check the disk before you accept it and you should be fine :D

    So one of my family members got a new game, i i want to play it too, is it alright if I download the game on my xbox and we share the disk whenever we want to to play it separately on our xboxs?. The accounts arent linked or anything.
    This is perfectly acceptable.

    Hi nigelmills1. unfortunately due to the Xbox one all digital not having a disk drive you will not be able to insert the game disk which is needed to play the game.

    If you have a game disk, insert it now...

    I know the problem is related to "rights", I just don't know how to fix it.

    All of my games are disk based so, you would assume if there is a problem with one disk based game, you would have the problem with all of the disk based games.

    Four (out of the six) disk based games will play without having to continually install the disk.
