All digital games won't install saying "installing"

I accidentally uninstalled it now its not installing:\

Are you having any other problems running other apps on your Xbox? It might also occur if there is an update for the console. Lastly, try restarting your console.

Are you currently part of the Xbox Insider Program? I was having a issue with the latest build of the dashboard causing problems with select games. If you are you could always back out of the insider program reinstall a older dashboard build then opt back
into it again. If not are you using a external hard drive of any sorts? Sometimes these corrupt and need to be formatted before anything is loaded onto them again.

To begin, have you checked the Xbox itself is running on the latest firmware?

If so, I would recommend resetting your Xbox by long-pressing the power button unit it powers off and unplugging it from the wall for a minute. As you're doing this, also restart your router.

If the problem continues from the "installable games" section in games & app. I recommend trying to installing it directly through the Xbox store. If you own it, it should say "install" instead of "buy"
